What a beautiful weekend for a wedding! It was the perfect temperature and the lighting was gorgeous.. not to mention the venue added the perfect backdrop for the entire day. Studio Space!
I'm very excited to announce that I will be opening a new studio space this Friday! It will be at the amazing Pajama Factory... http://www.pajamafactory.net/
I've dreamed of having a studio space for a long time now and I can't believe I'm finally getting the opportunity to have one! Some steps that I've been taking, like this one, that are helping in the growth of my business are sometimes a little scary, but... "If you're dreams don't scare you, they're not big enough"
It's such a great group of artists and creative people, not to mention a very cool building... I'm thrilled to be able to join them!
I will be moving in on Friday, but it will take me a couple weeks to get the space client ready. I'm really excited to start shooting there, the window light is awesome and the property itself has a lot of really great potential.

Back to School!
I really love this time of year, back to school and the sign of new seasons to come! I don't look forward to it getting colder, but I do look forward to scarves and boots and especially fall portraits! I was thrilled to get a few more summer sessions in though with plenty of green still alive! This little guy is one of my favorites to photograph... so full of energy and love, he's wonderful!
I can't wait for all the fall portraits that are booked! It's one of my favorite times of year to shoot. The beautiful colors and cozy sweaters! I'm already almost booked until November, make sure to contact me soon to get a spot!
This time of year also means senior portraits! I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful girl's portrait and can't wait to share more! It's so much fun when we can have fun with different outfits and uniforms, like cheer-leading! Wait until you see them! I love the sun glowing through her hair and the perspective of the train tracks in the background. She had all her locations picked out and outfits to coordinate, so much fun!

Vacation time!
As I write this blog post, I wish I was still sitting on the sandy beaches of NJ. I had a wonderful time with my family and we even made time to capture some family memories while we were there! I am so grateful to have such a supportive group of people in my life. I'm such a lucky girl! I even had the opportunity to shoot a wreck the dress session with my brother and his lovely wife on the beach! Check back for more from their session!

You do realize how much you take home for granted though... there's nothing better than sleeping in your own bed! Now that I'm home, I will be working hard to edit shoots I've had over the past few weeks. I'm also very excited for future shoots and 2015 wedding consultations as well! Have a great week everyone!
Beautiful weekend!
I had a wonderful weekend with a gorgeous wedding on Saturday and then I had the pleasure of photographing an adorable little girl on Sunday! The weather was perfect, not too sunny and not too cloudy with no rain! I had so much fun photographing Tara & Jaremy's special day and I can't wait to continue editing all the awesome shots we captured!
I love getting the opportunity to hang out with such lovely couples! Spending the whole day together capturing memories really makes me grateful for what I do! I feel honored to share in their special day! Speaking of being grateful, I had the opportunity to photograph a beautiful little girl yesterday... I've watched her grow from a newborn and I can't believe she's already 3 months old! Congratulations to both of these awesome clients!
